About us Brightwell Pathways provides practical SEND, autism and behavioural support for children and young people with SEND and disabilities, delivered by trained and experienced practitioners at home, in the community and in education settings.
We work with families, schools and local authorities to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, tailored to each child or young person’s needs. Where support goes beyond our core services, we can draw on our referral network of specialist professionals to provide additional expertise where required.
HOW WE WORK
We understand each child or young person’s needs and agree the support required. We coordinate the right practitioner, set clear objectives and maintain communication with schools, families and other professionals throughout delivery.
SPECIALIST REFERRAL NETWORK
Where support goes beyond our core services, we can draw on our specialist referral network, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists and Consultant Social Workers.
FAMILY HUB
Our Family Hub gives families access to practical resources, tools and guidance to support everyday life beyond direct practitioner support.
Built on experience in complex public-sector delivery.
Before founding Brightwell Pathways, I spent almost 10 years working in the Civil Service, delivering projects and programmes across complex organisational environments.
My work involved coordinating people, teams and priorities across complex programmes, with a strong focus on governance, delivery and achieving shared outcomes.
That experience shaped how I approach SEND support today. When a child or young person’s needs involve families, schools, practitioners and specialist professionals, effective coordination matters.
Brightwell Pathways brings that same structured, coordinated approach to practical SEND and behavioural support.
