OUR PARTNERSHIP JOURNEY
UNDERSTAND
1
We take the time to understand your local priorities, understand the child or young person’s needs and the outcomes you want to achieve.
AGREE
2
We agree the support required, how it will be delivered and what good progress will look like.
DELIVER
3
Our practitioners deliver the agreed support, with clear communication and oversight throughout.
REVIEW
4
We review progress against agreed outcomes and use what we learn to inform ongoing support.
Every service is supported by a clear delivery framework. Practitioners keep a record of each session and use Brightwell’s personalised support plans and, where required, risk assessments to document delivery, monitor progress and capture relevant information throughout the service. Relevant records are maintained securely in accordance with UK data protection requirements and Brightwell’s data protection policies, supporting ongoing review and quality assurance.
