SPECIALIST SEND SUPPORT FOR SCHOOLS
Brightwell Pathways provides trained SEND practitioners to deliver practical 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND and autism.
Our practitioners support engagement, participation, independence, behaviour and transitions, working alongside school staff to meet each pupil’s agreed needs and outcomes.
HOW WE SUPPORT SCHOOLS
We provide trained practitioners to support individual pupils and small groups, working alongside teachers, SENCOs and wider school teams.
HOW WE WORK WITH SCHOOLS
We work with school leaders and SENCOs to understand each pupil’s needs, agree the right support and ensure clear communication throughout delivery. Our process is as follows:
1. UNDERSTAND
We discuss the pupil's needs, strengths, goals and the school's priorities.
2. AGREE THE SUPPORT
We work with the school to agree the support required, including the role and focus of the practitioner.
3. DELIVER & REVIEW
Our practitioners deliver the agreed support. We monitor progress and review the support with the school against agreed outcomes.
ONE CHILD. ONE PLAN. CLEAR SUPPORT.
Every service is supported by a clear delivery framework. Practitioners keep a record of each session and use Brightwell’s personalised support plans and, where required, risk assessments to support safe and consistent delivery. Records are maintained securely throughout the service, supporting progress monitoring, ongoing review and quality assurance.
