Description: We're looking for SEND Practitioners to provide practical, person-centred support to children and young people with SEND, including children with disabilities. You'll work across home, community and education settings, supporting confidence, independence, engagement, emotional regulation and meaningful everyday outcomes.
You'll need experience supporting children or young people with SEND and/or disabilities, a strong understanding of safeguarding and a relevant Level 2/3 qualification in SEND, Health & Social Care or a related field.
